Make a Difference in the NFP Sector

We are seeking dedicated individuals for temporary and permanent positions within the not-for-profit sector across the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and manage office operations
  • Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain donor relationships
  • Oversee grant applications and reporting
  • Manage program logistics and volunteer coordination
  • Maintain databases and manage donor information

Ideal Experience:

  • Previous experience in administrative, fundraising, or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector (a bonus)
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns (for fundraising roles)
  • Experience in donor relations and grant writing
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Systems and Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge)
  • Familiarity with fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, Fundly)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
