About the Role

The Australian Government is seeking a skilled Explosives Curriculum Developer to join the Directorate of Ordnance Safety. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and creating comprehensive learning materials, courses, and e-learning modules for personnel involved in explosives handling and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop structured curricular frameworks for various learning programs, including in-person workshops, online courses, and hybrid models.
  • Create engaging and pedagogically sound learning materials that meet the learning objectives and operational requirements of Defence.
  • Design and develop e-learning modules using modern educational technologies and platforms to facilitate accessible and flexible learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in guided weapon and explosive ordnance systems.
  • Sound knowledge or a willingness to learn the development of e-learning modules using modern educational technologies and platforms.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, modelling applications, and other IT systems.
