Job Details

The Agency is undertaking a multi-year program to deliver new case management capabilities. A successful candidate will provide program and project coordination support for this project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Manage program documentation, maintain registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies), and support governance meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes and action tracking.
  • Manage multiple priorities.

Critical Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing program and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Able to manage program documentation, maintain registers, and support governance meetings.
  • Skilled in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with program and project management frameworks and artefacts.
