We're looking for a Lead Facilitator who can light up a room, lead dynamic workshops and leave a lasting impression on young people and our partners

About Us.

The Australian School of Entrepreneurship is Australia's largest youth-led social enterprise. We teach young people about the essential adulting skills not taught in traditional classrooms through high-energy workshops, online education and large events. Learn more about our work here (ase.edu.au)

Our work happens everywhere From classrooms and community halls to corporate boardrooms and remote towns. We proudly partner with government, councils, corporates and community groups to deliver practical, engaging learning experiences across the country.

What you'll do:

  • Own the workshop from start to finish: Delivering content, activities and sparking great discussions
  • Develop fresh, engaging educational content that connects with diverse audiences
  • Build strong relationships with partners and participants alike
  • Lead a team of Senior and Assistant Facilitators to ensure smooth sessions
  • Create an inspiring and fun learning environment where everyone thrives

What we need from you:

  • Energy, motivation and a real passion for working with young people
  • Confident in leading a room. You could be working with groups of 10 or 300
  • A Blue Card or relevant Working With Children Check
  • Australian First Aid/CPR certificate - or be happy to get one
  • Proven experience engaging and managing large groups of young people

Our Lead Facilitators get paid anywhere between $35-$75 per hour depending on experience.

Job Types: Casual or Contractor positions available.
