The Product Visionary Leader is responsible for driving the implementation process of a client's products and services.

Job Overview:

This role involves working across cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the product roadmap by identifying next highest priority problems to solve
  • Validate the roadmap with customers and advance planning using research from junior team members
  • Represent the Product vision in planning sessions with Design and Architecture/Eng
  • Participate in key milestones and major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos
  • Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams
  • Help junior team members interpret success metrics and work with customer awareness
  • As the owner of features, lead conversations with customers about the value of features in solving business problems and the vision and roadmap for the overall experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or combination of education and experience
  • Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
  • Experience being involved in sales cycles and conducting customer interviews
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in agile environments
  • Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
Desired Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
  • Experience with loan origination software/technology
