Job Title: Swim Program Manager

The Swim Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of all swim education programs.

This position is responsible for overseeing all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the Aquatic Centre's users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating all swim education programs.
  • Oversee all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the Aquatic Centre's users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including children and adults, and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Austswim Instructors Certificate or equivalent.
  • Current Resuscitation Certificate.
  • Planning and organising skills, ideally swim programming.
  • Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
