Job Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the Job

This is a dynamic role that involves acting as a trusted advisor to the business, leading the attraction, selection and onboarding of talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner closely with leaders at all levels, providing both strategic and hands-on recruitment support to ensure we attract and retain the best people.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from attraction and advertising through to screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide pragmatic, compliant advice.
  • Support the development and delivery of recruitment strategy, policy and process improvements.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies, advertising partners and industry associations.
  • Provide advice on immigration, compliance checks and employment contracts where required.
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Capability and Talent teams across ANZ to ensure consistent practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment (in-house and/or agency).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience in candidate attraction, interviewing and recruitment systems.
  • Experience in engineering recruitment is desirable.
  • A collaborative style and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
