Project Delivery Managers Pty Ltd (PDM) is a leading project management consultancy specialising in civil projects across various markets. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Prepare and implement project plans, including Gantt charts, and provide estimates for projects.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, project specifications, and Australian Standards.
- Minimum tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum five years of work experience in civil engineering or related field, capable of receiving RPEQ.
- Australian work experience is a must.
- Positive attitude, high client-serving standards, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, client, and subcontractor management.
- Safety, Quality, and Environmental management.
- Proficient in Civil Construction/surveying electronic systems, such as ArchGIS, AutoCAD, or similar, and MS suite.
- Attractive and competitive remuneration package - $80,000 to $100,000 (annual) + superannuation, depending on work experience.
