Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This will involve developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and control project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project communication plans to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree qualification in a technical field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management.
  • Proven experience in project management, including experience in managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Primavera.
