Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Osteo to join our team as a Case Manager. In this role, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving return-to-work outcomes and promoting a culture of wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful rehabilitation and return to work.
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to design and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Work closely with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy.
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and results-driven approach.
