As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload, working closely with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to complete assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Conduct a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy
- Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- A desire to problem-solve, with the confidence to be innovative and use initiative to achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
