Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventative and breakdown maintenance, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with local and statutory regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted weekly plans for various departments in the plant
- Prioritize repair of faulty plant and equipment and ensure timely delivery of preventative maintenance
- Maintain and document equipment specifications, history, parts/materials in MEX database
- Coordinate maintenance through site contractors and act as a point of contact for third-party service providers
- Ensure safe execution of works on site by issuing permits to work
- Produce weekly maintenance reports on a range of KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant trade background
- Supervisory experience with 3-5 years
- Superior technical mechanical aptitude and logical approach to problem-solving
