Senior Structural Design Expert Wanted

Suitable for a senior structural design expert to join a global multi-discipline engineering consultant servicing the mining and heavy industry sectors. This role will be on a contract basis, working on key projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform structural design calculations to support brownfield mining projects by developing and reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and reports.
- Utilize software tools such as SpaceGass and Strand 7 for structural analysis and design.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions that ensure adherence to relevant Australian Standards and mining industry safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in mining projects.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and materials (steel and concrete).
- Able to review the work of other structural engineers.
