Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented engineer to lead the delivery of structural engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technically excellent engineering designs and consultancy services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other structural offices and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver exciting projects.
  • Perform senior design engineer roles on projects.
  • Mentor and facilitate the technical development of junior resources.
  • Assist with bid preparation and submittals as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and win new work from these relationships.
  • Drive and support a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering or similar.
  • Significant experience at a Senior Engineer level, ideally within a consulting engineering background.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar.
  • Understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards.
