Program Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Officer to join our Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) team. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our business by planning, coordinating, and executing program support activities that meet customer expectations.


The Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ATTE programs.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Organise, review, and coordinate project documentation within data management systems.
  • Coordinate and maintain activities such as risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities.
  • Prepare and manage project reports.

Key Requirements
  • Two years relevant experience in a similar role within a project-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in tracking and managing documentation and project cost and scope management.
  • High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and alternate software packages.
