Program Officer

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by coordinating complex engineering and technology projects. You will work closely with our Defence Force partners to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for project coordination, including agendas, minutes, and action items
- Organise and review project documentation within data management systems
- Coordinate risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities
- Prepare and manage project reports, including estimates at completion packs and weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar coordination/administration role within a project-driven environment
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy
- Experience tracking and managing documentation and project cost and scope management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and aptitude to learn alternate software packages
