E7 Senior Project Manager

This leadership role is responsible for the business rigor of the E-7 Sustainment Program and ensuring alignment and integration of work at all levels within the program.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects to successful and timely completion.
- They will also have a track record of successfully executing high-level management functions including customer liaison, business awareness, and financial management.
- Additionally, they will have significant experience in the management of sub-contractors and be aware of contracting mechanisms.
Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated skills in project management, finance, and customer liaison.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate and lead through complex change management.
