The IT Incident & Problem Manager plays a key role in our strategy by ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of IT incident and problem management processes.

">

This strategic purpose is to minimize the negative impact of IT incidents and prevent their recurrence, thus ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services that support business operations effectively.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Establish and operationalise a consistent IT incident and problem management process across the organisation

">

- Implement, embed and provide ongoing support for the IT incident and problem process and procedures to ensure adoption of ITIL best practices

">

- Work with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee and manage IT incidents, problems and changes across the organisation

">

- Ensure seamless operation, continuous improvement and strategic alignment of business technology services with broader organisational goals

">

- Drive effective crisis management, SLA adherence and structured incident response

">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) is highly desirable.

">

Key Requirements:

">

- Expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM) and frameworks, with practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes 3

">

- 5+ years of experience defining and driving IT incident and problem management processes, including experience with post-mortem analysis and corrective action implementation

">
