Are you a strategic and creative thinker looking to drive organic traffic and simplify the property journey for Australians? We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in helping people discover property through search.

This high-impact role blends technical SEO with content strategy, cross-functional collaboration and audience acquisition. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic to key websites and championing SEO as a key customer acquisition channel across teams.

  • Develop and deliver organic search strategies that support business goals and align with editorial content.
  • Maintain and improve website performance, reporting on experiments and proactively flagging issues or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide topic and keyword insights and upskill the broader business through SEO workshops and guidance on best practice implementation.

You will have a proven track record in keyword research, technical audits and content optimisation, with proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience working in cross-functional teams and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Bonus points for familiarity with AI and LLM tools.
