Job Title: Roofing Project Manager">Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Roofing Project Manager to lead our team and drive innovation in the roofing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high professionalism, representing the company, and promoting our services in local communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver exceptional projects
  • Maintaining site safety and WHS compliance
  • Supervising the installation of metal roofs and ensuring quality workmanship
  • Conducting insurance grade roof inspections and reports
  • Managing daily crew operations, check-ins, and progress reports
  • Ensuring strict deadlines and KPIs are met

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in roofing
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of current building codes and procedures
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary above award rate ($105,000 per annum) and additional benefits including a serviced company vehicle, iPhone on plan, fuel card, and relocation support (conditions apply).
