Senior Project Manager Infrastructure

Ricardo is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Associate Director.
- This role involves leading the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects with a focus on water and/or mining sector assets.
- Directing bid preparation and proposal development.
- Managing scope, schedule, quality, safety, and financial performance.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a team and managing multiple projects with competing demands. They should also be able to generate new opportunities and relationships with prospective clients by developing strategies and initiatives to further grow the business.
Main Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered with preference for civil, chemical or mechanical engineering) and relevant experience (9+ years) in a similar role within a consulting or professional services environment.
