Role: Principal Consultant for Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Infrastructure team, with experience in project leadership across industries like water, energy, and utilities.

This role offers technical leadership, team management responsibilities, and shaping project outcomes while mentoring high-performing team members.

Applicants from all engineering disciplines are welcome, with a preference for civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering. Experience in the water sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage consultants to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Direct bid preparation and proposal development.
  • Serve as primary client contact on projects, managing scope, schedule, quality, safety, and performance.
  • Generate new opportunities and relationships by developing strategies and initiatives to further grow the business.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered).
  • Relevant experience (9+ years) in a similar role within a consulting or professional services environment will be valuable.
  • Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects with competing demands.
