Operations Manager

Our goal is to find a skilled professional to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of operation, service management, clinical governance, and business development, ensuring alignment with our organisational vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives.

  • Ensure quality services are delivered in accordance with established systems and guidelines.
  • Manage office operations, oversee intra-office processes, and workflows; integrate between office operations and service delivery in accordance with our systems.
  • Provide leadership strategies, train, supervise, mentor, and support staff within a structured framework to ensure excellence in service delivery and compliance.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 3 years recent experience in a senior management role within Community Care, including oversight of clinical service delivery.
  • Relevant financial knowledge and/or qualification.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer care systems.

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, develop, and mentor people at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team.
