Job Title Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing Farm Milk Collection team in Mount Gambier, SA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet operational needs through effective driving requirements;
  • Support the Regional Manager in coordinating all aspects of operations;
  • Maintain paperwork according to legislative and business requirements;
  • Support internal processes of induction, training, and performance records for operations;
  • Compliance management and administrative implementation and adherence of Health & Safety Management systems and reporting.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • The ability to work a rotating roster;
  • Exposure to Tanker work (preferred);
  • A willingness to obtain a HC or MC licence;
  • The ability to work autonomously;
  • A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic;
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and guidelines.
About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join McColl's Transport as an Operations Supervisor. You will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Manager in coordinating all aspects of operations and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting operational needs through effective driving requirements, maintaining paperwork according to legislative and business requirements, and supporting internal processes of induction, training, and performance records for operations.

You will also be responsible for compliance management and administrative implementation and adherence of Health & Safety Management systems and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and guidelines.

You will also need to have exposure to Tanker work (preferred) and be willing to obtain a HC or MC licence.

A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly is essential, as well as the ability to work a rotating roster.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
