  • Coordinating injury rehabilitation through medical intervention and development of sustainable return to work initiatives
  • Assisting with the processing and management of workers compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Identifying and implementing cost-effective injury management solutions, enhancing overall business performance

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the resources sector, and hold an allied health qualification such as Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Occupational Therapist. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential for influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders, promoting positive change and driving results.
