About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with our business goals and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver effective HR strategies and Workplace initiatives.
  • Provide trusted guidance on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and remuneration.
  • Lead and support Enterprise Agreement negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coach senior leaders on proactive team performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement attraction, retention, and talent management initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data, providing actionable insights and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Agreement negotiations, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Demonstrated skills in employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and HR analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance business needs with HR strategy.
