Job Opportunity: Employment Law Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious junior lawyer to join our Labour & Employment (L&E) team in Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about Employment Law and has a minimum of 12 months of legal experience in this area. The successful candidate will have strong advisory experience, with litigation and advocacy exposure highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative mindset, paired with the confidence to work independently when needed. They will also have high attention to detail, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong passion for Employment Law
  • Minimum 12 months of legal experience in Employment law
  • Strong advisory experience; litigation and advocacy exposure highly regarded
  • Background in private practice essential; in-house experience within courts/commissions, employer associations, or government also valued
  • Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top-tier service
