Role Description
Reporting into the General Manager, you'll be part of the dynamic pre-opening leadership team to ensure HYDE Perth is best positioned for maximising revenue, profitability, and reservations performance. You'll play a pivotal role in preparing for pre-opening including leading strategic planning, analysis, and implementation of revenue management practices to optimise pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across our rooms and F&B outlets. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven record of accomplishment of driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- You're an experienced revenue management professional with 4–5 years in the industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- You must be technically skilled with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations. Experience with Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS is preferred.
- You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm, especially in times of tight deadlines.
