Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technical records professional to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience managing technical records in aviation or similar fields, and a strong analytical skill set with effective communication skills to resolve record discrepancies and improve processes.
  • They will also have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and maintenance databases to streamline operations, as well as aviation maintenance certifications or additional engineering training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
  • Enter Work Packages into the Engineering Maintenance Database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor aircraft schedules for optimal utilization and maintenance coordination to ensure seamless operations.
  • Generate monthly reliability reports and facilitate productive meetings to drive results.
  • Ensure data integrity in maintenance databases and report discrepancies promptly to maintain accuracy.
  • Oversee the filing and storage of aircraft/component records with care and diligence.
  • Provide valuable feedback on technical record quality and assist the Airworthiness team as needed to drive excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing technical records in aviation or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance processes and technical documentation to inform decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with effective communication to resolve record discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and maintenance databases to streamline operations.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills to contribute to a company committed to safety, innovation, and excellence.
  • Aviation maintenance certifications or additional engineering training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze reliability data and produce reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance to maintain a high level of professionalism.
