A dynamic and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager is required to lead the Customer Service and Logistics teams in overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management. They will also be fluent in English and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movements and high service levels.
- Manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, space optimization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Industrial, and Technical teams to address inventory issues and propose improvements.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and driving performance to meet KPIs.
- Design and improve operational processes, developing SOPs and leading initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Oversee logistics vendors by resolving issues promptly and implementing performance management metrics.
