We are a restaurant that prides itself on serving high-quality burgers. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your week will be split between two locations, with 15 hours spent at each site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Supervise staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Motivate team members to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Have a strong understanding of cash handling procedures and till opening/closing processes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A current RSA Certificate
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrate advanced leadership skills and a goal-driven approach
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
