We are a busy burger bar, located in the heart of Mullaloo 6027, looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality items, ensuring that each one meets our standards of taste and presentation. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain appropriate OH&S standards within the team & kitchen
  • Prepare and cook all menu items to order
  • Management of team and upskilling where necessary
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Assist with menu planning and daily specials
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Introduction of new menu items
  • Supplier and cost management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for cooking and delivering great customer experiences
