High-Quality Care Leader

This is an exciting leadership role for a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in Glen Innes. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive tailored care.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage care staff to provide individualized care to residents.
- Supervise and assist other care employees in delivering exceptional care services.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, respecting their dignity and focusing on their health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate and deliver care that meets resident needs.
- Provide complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, condition assessments, and referrals.
- Enter reports and observations on the iCare computer program to ensure accurate documentation.
- Evaluate and maintain care plans to meet changing resident needs and preferences.
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care or related field.
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare software.
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) responsibilities and manual handling principles.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Accreditation is highly desirable.
- Current First Aid Certificate and valid police check clearance required.
