About Our Trainee Educator Program

Welcome to our Early Childhood Education and Care program. We are dedicated to creating a new pathway for individuals wanting to commence a career as an early childhood educator.

Our Trainee Educator Program enables you to work in a centre of your choice, while studying to earn your Certificate III in ECE. This program is ideally suited to people who would rather work in the industry and study the relevant qualification at the same time.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • You will be part of a team delivering excellence in early childhood education and care.
  • You will support our Lead Educator / Educational Leader in delivering high-quality programs and services.

We are committed to creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and valued.

About You
  • You must be a current Working with Children check holder or have the ability to obtain it.
  • You must have access to transport to and from the centre.
  • You must be willing to commence in a Traineeship through our learning academy.
