Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to fill the role of Senior Building Consultant.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in forensic building inspections, rectification works, and compliance standards. They will also have excellent administrative skills, including data recording, report preparation, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure contractors meet quality standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and scope of works for clients, highlighting key findings and recommended actions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements for admin hearings and litigation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
