Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing and Lending Professional to join our team in the Buys and Loans department at our Elizabeth store in a Full Time capacity. This role involves accurately performing day-to-day transactions, ensuring KPI targets are achieved through actively seeking pricing feedback and trends, building lasting relationships with customers, and communicating pricing, valuation, and pawnbroking options effectively.

About the Role
  • This position is a retail-based role in our Buys and Loans Department.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Ensure all transactions are performed in line with company and legislative requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, ideally within a retail environment.
  • An interest in Technology, Gaming, Collectables, Jewellery or Tools and Hardware.
  • Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust, and demonstrate compassion.
