Job Overview

 

As a dedicated and experienced professional, you will partner with the Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, compliance, and strategic solutions across a portfolio of customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to enhance customer experiences, develop solutions, and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and implement effective customer strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Establish and maintain a strong professional profile in the market, staying informed about customer industries and associated markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Embody the ANZ Values in daily interactions with customers and colleagues.

 

Requirements:

  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio that meets all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure seamless control over workflows across compliance and customer fulfillment processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business and financial needs.
  • Provide timely solutions for account maintenance and simple customer requests.
  • Support Relationship Managers in managing portfolios of SME customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
  • Engage specialist teams as required.
