About Our Team

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Growth Specialist to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in delivering qualified customer and sales growth via paid acquisition channels.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic paid acquisition budgets and targets
  • Collaborate with various partners to maximize paid channels and drive profitable sales growth
  • Manage, execute, and scale comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across paid search, programmatic, and YouTube to drive profitable growth
  • Identify and test new innovative opportunities within channels to deliver on commercial goals
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing with a strong foundation in paid search, programmatic, and YouTube
  • Creative thinking and outside-the-box approach to develop innovative solutions
  • Experience leveraging major technologies and platforms involved in delivering digital media programs
  • Exposure and confidence dealing with external agencies and internal marketing teams
  • Experience driving segmentation analysis that drives business success
  • Proven success in delivering a return on ad spend (ROAS) positive digital marketing strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
