Compassionate Home Support Specialist

Care Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home support to our clients in Blacktown and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

Job Summary

As a Compassionate Home Support Specialist, you will deliver a range of essential services providing domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, prioritizing their well-being at all times
  • Provide domestic duties, personal grooming, and hygiene assistance as required
  • Assist with medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Ensure client safety and mobility within the home and local community

Requirements:

  • Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability OR Home and Community Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
