Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, who require support with daily living tasks.

As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients in their own homes. This may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each client receives high-quality care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for clients and their families
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Basic first aid skills
