Be part of a team focused on empowering adults and children living in SIL homes, Residential Care, or Community Access. This role involves providing person-centred support in a range of settings.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young people
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development
  • Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
  • Support community participation and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
  • Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
  • Create safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs
What You'll Need — Disability, Home & Living
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
What You'll Need — Childrens Services
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and resilient
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certificate IV in Disability or Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Driver's licence & NDIS Worker check or willingness to obtain
  • Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts
What You'll Need — Community, Complex Care
  • 3 years' experience supporting participants with complex care needs
  • Passionate about human rights and driving positive change
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on listening and responding to customer needs
  • Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and sharing best practices
  • Willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
