About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Our ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and provide personalized support with kindness, respect, and understanding.

About You:

  • You will be personable, empathetic, and able to build trust with clients and their families.
  • You will be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area.
  • You will hold a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • You will be happy to provide domestic assistance, personal care, and transport services to our clients.
  • You will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or have experience in support work.
