About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Solutions team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and retaining existing partnerships, maximizing relationships with top advertising and technology companies, and enabling self-service Agencies and Brands to leverage Lifesight's Targeting and Measurement products.

This is a highly collaborative role that involves high-level external customer engagement, managing a high volume of customers, and prioritizing well to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining and growing relationships with self-serve agency partners and serving as the client-facing advocate and expert for Lifesight's solutions.

- Thinking strategically about clients' needs and business goals and synthesizing Lifesight solutions against customer KPIs.

- Project managing client deliverables, working closely with Operations and Sales to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

- Providing post-sale support to a rapidly growing account list while prioritizing time effectively.

- Demonstrating Lifesight values through interactions with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

- 7 years of experience in client management and digital campaign delivery at a technology-focused advertising company.

- Results-driven individual with knowledge and experience driving business objectives, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a bias for resolving issues proactively.

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented individual.

- Strong knowledge of mobile ad technology, including DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, ad networks, and the online advertising industry.

- Ability to operate within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
