Financial Collections Specialist

This is a contract opportunity to join the insurance industry as an Accounts Receivable Officer. The role offers flexibility, working from home arrangements, and the opportunity to support key business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding premium payments, maintaining accurate payment and customer records, ensuring data integrity across internal systems, working with customers to establish and manage payment plans, providing administrative and billing support to their direct manager, and working independently through allocated lists and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.

- Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.
- Reliable, organised, and detail focused.
