Key Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop, implement, and review behaviour support plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
You will work closely with participants, their families, and support networks to assess needs, provide training, and guidance to support staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Requirements
Recognised qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or similar field.
Current or provisional registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practices requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
