Employee Relations Case Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Employee Relations Case Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end investigations into various employment-related matters, including grievances, bullying, harassment, fraud, or misconduct cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex employment-related issues, providing sound advice and recommendations to leaders.
  • Prepare documents and responses for matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
  • Represent the organization at conciliations and dispute matters in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
  • Manage ill and injured team members, providing coaching and guidance on return-to-work strategies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, industrial relations, or law.
  • Significant relevant experience in HR or ER IR roles, including investigations, case management, and employment labor laws.
  • Excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER IR legislation across different jurisdictions and its application in policy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a commercial orientation.
