Senior Manager Employment Solutions Expert

Our Employment Solutions team provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients with a focus on employment taxes, including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our team, who will leverage their technical capabilities to help clients solve complex problems, enjoy their work and collaborate with their team, drive innovation, and achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting and advising on FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG, and employee versus contractor matters, including cross-border issues and audits.
- Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters.
- Developing FBT policies and procedures.
- Maintaining Payroll Tax compliance.
- Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and other levels.
- Collaborating with data and technology experts to design automated tools.
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Experience in a similar or complementary role.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling services.
