Senior Manager, Employment Solutions Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Employment Solutions team at Grant Thornton Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide specialist tax advisory services, focusing on employment taxes including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical capability, enjoy working collaboratively with their team, and drive innovation to achieve growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consulting and advisory services on FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG, and employee versus contractor matters, including cross-border issues and audits.
- Developing FBT policies and procedures and ensuring Payroll Tax compliance.
- Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and other levels.
- Collaborating with data and technology experts to design automated tools.
- C Coaching and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Experience in a similar or complimentary role.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services.
