  • As a member of the Talent & Experience Chapter, you will operate across the business as a trusted advisor and strategic partner - influencing enterprise-wide talent decisions and shaping how we build, move, and engage our people.">
  • Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end talent initiatives from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders and delivering inclusive data-driven strategies to attract, grow, and retain high-performing talent. This includes building effective scalable frameworks and talent pipelines, supporting and developing best practice onboarding processes for leaders across the organization, and ensuring senior leaders are confident in their hiring decisions supported by data-driven insights and inclusive best-practice approaches.">
  • Capability plans are co-created with leaders and activated, supporting strategic workforce goals and business priorities. Workforce and engagement data are translated into actionable strategies that close capability and employee experience gaps.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Extensive experience working as a strategic talent or performance partner in a large retail environment is required.">
  • Previous experience building and delivering talent strategies within a retail environment is essential.">
  • The ability to link and connect on a broad range of people matters and communicate effectively across the business is necessary.">
  • A high-performance mindset, self-driven to set stretch goals, and encouraging and coaching others to strive for excellence is expected.">
  • Previous experience using data analytics to drive capability within the talent team is desirable.">
