Lead Educator - Natural Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to elevate the impact of our practitioner education team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering industry-leading education that inspires confidence in prescribing natural medicines and builds lasting brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a passion for natural health, and the ability to lead a team of educators to deliver content that informs, engages, and influences.

About the Role
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality education across multiple regions and channels
  • Coach and develop a talented team to create evidence-based, engaging, and strategically aligned content
  • Personally develop and deliver standout content that sets the standard for excellence in the industry
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in content, design, and delivery
  • Support the refinement of our education strategy and identify new opportunities to engage our practitioner community
Requirements
  • A degree in Naturopathy, Nutrition, or Herbal Medicine
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the natural healthcare industry
  • Proven success in developing and delivering impactful education for practitioners or customers
  • A coaching and inclusive leadership style that promotes growth and accountability
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in managing complex projects under pressure
  • A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes
